For international students: Activate your resilience

We know that studying in a new country and sometimes a new language can be challenging. That is why with this workshop we offer international students the opportunity to actively train their resilience. Once you strengthen your psychological resilience, you will be able to cope much better with challenging and difficult situations.
Veranstaltungsinhalte
In a small group you will be able to explore the following:
- the importance of resilience
- which abilities help me to overcome challenges and crises
- how thoughts and convictions help me develop resilience
- the connection between physical wellbeing and mental resilience
- self-confidence and self-efficacy
- finding your personal resources
- learning how to be mindful and to respect your personal needs
At the end, we want you to be able to confront stressful situations with a lot more composure and confidence, since you have strengthened your personal resilience.
Zielgruppe
International students of FH Münster in all semesters and from all degree programs.
Zusatzinfos
The language of the workshop will be English.
